Deb has been in Business Development and leadership roles for the past 17 years ensuring her success as part of the Management team with CRS.  Deb kicked off her recruitment career as a generalist Temporary and Permanent Consultant achieving fantastic results for our candidates and clients.   As Deb’s experience matured, she moved into the niche engineering and IT space whilst maintaining her clientele of Business Development and Management professionals. 

Deb is inspired by a candidate’s enthusiasm, and an equally pleased hiring manager who has just landed a top performer. Deb enjoys watching new recruits achieve business objectives for our clients and follows through with exceptional candidate care.
